Jim started selling real estate in the NW Suburbs of Chicago in 2001. Jim brings a true “roll up the sleeves” mentality to getting his client's homes sold for the highest possible price, in the shortest amount of time. Unlike some agents who may focus on landing the listing, and then hoping for a sale Jim is laser-focused on getting to work! From the professional photography and the initial marketing plan to securing and negotiating the sale, Jim and his team leave nothing to chance. In real estate, experience really does matter. While Jim is coming off one of his most successful years ever (selling over 90 homes for over $25Million in gross sales) his work ethic and 20+ years of knowledge are what make a tangible difference.
